Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Define sales targets for digital products and services and work to achieve them.

Work to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.

Build strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their digital product needs.

Provide digital solutions that meet client needs and enhance the offered value.

Present digital products, explaining their features and benefits to potential clients.

Monitor market trends to ensure offerings align with client needs and market changes.

Follow all stages of the sales process from proposal to deal closure.

Prepare contracts and agreements and ensure all necessary procedures are completed.

Coordinate with marketing and technical support teams to provide a smooth customer experience.

Provide feedback to technical teams regarding client insights and suggestions for improvement.

Monitor and analyze sales performance indicators and provide periodic reports to management.

Analyze client behavior and propose strategies to improve customer experience and increase sales.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales of digital products or services.

Good knowledge of digital products and technology used in this field.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Experience in using customer relationship management tools (CRM).
