Responsible for providing technical support to users and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks, ensuring efficient IT operations.
Receive and log technical support requests from users.
Diagnose technical issues and provide prompt and effective solutions.
Install and maintain computers, networks, and software.
Provide remote or on-site support as needed.
Prepare periodic reports on common issues and solutions provided.
Train users on new systems and devices.
Contribute to developing support procedures and improving service quality.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in technical support.
Good knowledge of operating systems, networks, and computers.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
