The Zoho Implementer is responsible for planning, deploying, and customizing Zoho ecosystem solutions to meet various business needs. The role includes analyzing business processes, designing appropriate solutions using diverse Zoho applications, training end-users, and ensuring seamless system integration to achieve the highest levels of operational efficiency.
Analyze business requirements and identify suitable solutions within the Zoho application ecosystem.
Implement and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Books, People, Desk, Projects, and others) according to company needs.
Design and build workflows and automation within Zoho applications to streamline business processes.
Set up interactive reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics to support decision-making.
Execute data integration between Zoho applications and external systems through APIs.
Migrate data from legacy systems to the Zoho ecosystem while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Deliver training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure optimal system utilization.
Prepare technical documentation and user guides for implemented systems and processes.
Develop custom solutions using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting to meet specialized requirements.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
Provide technical support and resolve Zoho application-related issues effectively and promptly.
Coordinate with various teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions within Zoho.
Stay current with Zoho ecosystem updates and new features, and evaluate their suitability for the work environment.
Ensure compliance with information security standards and data protection across all implemented applications.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing and customizing Zoho solutions.
Advanced knowledge of core Zoho applications (CRM, Books, People, Desk, Analytics, Creator).
Experience in scripting with Deluge and developing custom solutions on Zoho Creator.
Familiarity with system integration processes and the use of REST APIs.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand business processes and convert them into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train users and provide technical support.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a team.
